All amounts are in DKK (Danish crowns) and incl. VAT.
Stenbutikken.dk is using an approved payment server. All your card information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot been read.
Stenbutikken.dk ships all working days. Orders received before 10 p.m. are sent the following working day.
Right of Complaint
The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years according to Danish Sales Law. Complaints may concern material and/or manufacturing defects.
Stenbutikken.dk will bear return costs to an reasonably extent.

Packages with cash on delivery will be not accepted.
If repayment is agreed, please send us your bank information, so that we can transfer the amount to you.
You have 14 days total right of return for items purchased in our webshop.
The period starts with the day when you receive your order.
You will pay the return costs.
You must notify us about withdrawal within 14 days after the purchase and return the package within 14 days after your withdrawal.
The notification must be sent via mail to mads@Stenbutikken.dk. The notification shall clearly express your wish to use your withdrawal right.
Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. With other words – you may try out the goods in the same way as in a physical shop.
Goods that have been tried out beyond the above description, are considered used. This means you will only get refunded a part or nothing of the purchase amount (depending of the commercial value of the goods) if you withdraw from the purchase.
To receive a full refund you may do what you are allowed in a physical shop. You may try out the goods, but not use them in the proper sense.
